Fall Break Basketball Camp

We have seen a massive increase of new players in the Bergen area. This is exciting times for each club but also the basketball community. During the Fall Break we have decided to create a basketball camp that is dedicated to these players. This training will help them build their basketball IQ as well as their confidence or for players who need additional skills training.

Agenda: Ball-handling, footwork, passing, and shooting lessons will be the primary focus. Also, we will teach defensive principles and the importance of teamwork. Training will be held in a fun, respectable and encouraging atmosphere. Young coaches are encouraged to come and observe.

U12-U14

Saturday - 0900-1200:

We will concentrate on basketball’s core fundamentals and provide all participants an opportunity to improve and have fun. Ball-handling, footwork, passing, and shooting drills will be the primary focus.

Sunday - 0900-1200:

We will concentrate on basketball’s core fundamentals and defensive principles: Man to Man defense, help defense, rebounding, communication and attitude. The last hour we will scrimmage and evaluate players progression.

U15-U19

Saturday - 1230-1530:

We will concentrate on the “triple threat” principles. Also, we will teach the pick and roll concept, post play, moving with out the ball and the basic motion offensive scheme.

Sunday - 1230-1530:

We will concentrate on “triple threat” principles and defensive principles: Man to Man defense, help defense, rebounding, and communication. The last hour we will scrimmage and evaluate players progression.

Training Session:

Each training session is only 3 hrs per day. This is an up-tempo style training that will get the players adapted to game time speed and pace. Our Motto: “Train like you are in the game”.

Required to Bring: Proper Training Gear, Basketball and Water Bottle.

Maximum 30 player per session

600KR (Plus VAT) per player.
